On Friday, June 14th Julia Guderian, long-time EvergreenHealth Hospice volunteer, along with her husband Buckley joined members of the Hospice Care team staff and Hospice Leadership in dedicating the new Gloria’s Play Space in honor of one of Julia’s mothers. The new Gloria’s Play Space was designed to give kids a bit of escape in a situation that is unfamiliar and confusing to them; being the Hospice Care Center when a loved one is in the care of Hospice. The new Gloria’s Play Space area includes brand new interactive toys for growing minds and is truly a space where children of in-patient families can escape and enjoy themselves.
The Gloria’s Play Space was brought in part by our Philanthropy through Gratitude program. The Philanthropy through Gratitude program is designed to be completely flexible and personable to what you are passionate about. We can help put that passion into action. You can designate your gift of any size to a specific need, or allow us to direct the funds to where they are needed the most at EvergreenHealth.
If you would like to participate in our Philanthropy through Gratitude program, please contact us at 425.899.1900 or firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our team would be happy to help!
