6:00pm Welcome Reception, Cocktails, and Silent Auction
7:45pm Gourmet Dinner, Surprise Entertainment, and Live Auction
10:30pm Late Night Dancing
What do I wear to the Evergreen Gala?
The Evergreen Gala is a black-tie event: for gentlemen – a tuxedo or dark suit; for ladies – a long evening gown or cocktail dress. It is not ‘costume’, but we do want our guests to have fun with the theme. We have heard some ladies discussing fun leather/lace dresses, metallic, edgy colors; men with fun ties and/or bold colors, favorite rock shirts under tuxes, etc.
Where do I park?
Complimentary valet parking will be provided by Butler Valet at the entrance of the tent.
What will the menu be?
When registering for the Gala, please indicate any dietary restrictions you or any of your guests may have that we should be aware of. Thank you in advance!

What is the ticket price and what does that include?
Individual tickets are available for $400 each or Patron tickets for $500 each. Your ticket includes a gourmet meal paired with Baer Winery wines, cocktails, access to amazing silent and live auction packages, live entertainment and late-night dancing. Patron guests also receive individual promotional name recognition and preferred seating.
Are ticket purchases tax-deductible?
The fair market value of each ticket is $150, the balance of your ticket purchase is tax-deductible. You will receive a receipt for your purchase for your tax records. EvergreenHealth Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization.

Who should I notify regarding any special needs such as wheelchair access, dietary restrictions, etc.?

I’m a sponsor, where do I submit my guests’ names?
Please send guest names and all contact information* to Kerry Read at email@example.com.
*Please be sure to include an email address and mobile phone number for each guest. We will send our auction catalog and other important event information to each guest via email.
